Location: Between Kelardasht and Tonekabon (Cities in Mazandaran Province)
Introduction: Forest path of Mazichal to Tonekabon (Persian: مازیچال تا تنکابن) is a beautiful hiking trails in the north of Iran, which every year attracts many enthusiasts.
To see this path, you must first go to the "Kelardasht" city in Mazandaran Province and begins walking.

Walking path length: About 16 km (10 ml)
Days of trip: 2 or 3 Days from Tehran to Tehran (Without heavy traffic you need 7-8 hr driving to Mazichal. Depends on your speed ,8-10 hr walking . Tonekabon to Tehran also need 6-7 hr driving)
Attention: In holidays there is heavy traffic in all roads around Tehran.

Best time to visit: May to October
Daily time visit: No limit, but in summer middle of the day maybe hot
Difficulty level: Moderately difficult (8-10 hr walking among jungle, night camping with no facilities)
Requirements: Guide or GPS track, water, food, warm and waterproof clothes and tent, waterproof shoes, satellite phone, headlamp

1- Go to west terminal of buses in Tehran (more info)
2- Take a bus ticket to Chalus or Tonekabon or Ramsar
3- Get off bus in Marzan abad
4- Take a taxi from Marzan Abad to Kelardasht
5- Take a 4wd vehicle from Kelardasht to Mazichal
6- Start walking
7- Get a taxi from first village visited to Tonekabon
8- Get a bus from Tonekabon to Tehran
